When will i get my item?
Each listing will have its own shipping time frame, but we aim to have orders sent out within 7 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Help! Where is my Item?
Sometimes shipments will get lost, and that really sucks. The first thing we will do is wait a little bit. Whether the tracking isn’t updating or the shipment has stalled, often times it will be picked up again or the next status will be delivered. If the item is still in limbo, for about 15 business days, we will file a claim on your behalf.
Help! My item arrived damaged!
Oh no! That is never fun and is very frustrating. In order for you to get a replacement or your money back, we will require your full cooperation. This process can be a bit tedious, but we will do our best to make the claims process as smooth as a worm.
Conditions for a replacement/refund:
You must inform us of the damage within 10 days of the delivery
You must not toss the damaged item, or the packaging (internally and external) until after the claim has been finished. Clear photos of all of these items will be needed in order for the insurance company to approve the claim.
Do not send the item back to us, as additional damage can occur on the way back.
You will have to be involved in this process
If these conditions are not met, the insurance coverage will become void. Once the insurance has been voided, Dark Nymph Studio will not be liable for the loss.
My ADDRESS was wrong. Can you send me a new item?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: If your item has shipped, there is nothing we can do. Hopefully the item will be returned to us so we can send it out to your correct address-on your dime. If your item has not shipped, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can fix your label. Making sure the delivery address is correct is your responsibility as the buyer. Simply put, we are not responsible/liable for loss if you make a mistake. This is not a big business where items will be delivered within 2 days ;)
